AWANA

MISSION
AWANA is an international bible memory and discipleship training program for youth ages 3-18. Children memorize and recite scripture, play fun active game, interact with other youth, receive awards for achievement and learn how to live the Christian life.

To address real life teen and pre-teen situatins using God's word to provide biblical direction and foundation for practicial solutions. Also, to stress God's plan for purity until marriage.

Fine Arts
John 4:23-24: "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is a Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

VISION
To edify the name of Jesus using our gifts' thereby, uplifting, inspiring and encouraging the congregation to participate while we minister through music, drama and dance.
MISSION
To create and provide an atmosphere of praise and worship utilizing our gifts and talents from God. Our goals are to reach souls, share the Gospel and carry out the Kingdom's agenda inour community using drama interpretation, music and lyrical dance as the platform; create a worship environment that will facilitate an atmosphere of praise inspiring the congregation to participate in the worship experience; provide a biblical and fine art cirriculum, which will facilitate both spiritual growth and skill development.

The Fine Arts Ministry has meetings in conjunction with annual programs and events.

FINE ARTS ACTIVITIES
The Fine Arts Ministry consists of Drama/Theatre, Dance, Mime, Orchestra & Drill Team. We have also utilized other art expressions such as costume design, propl and set design, poetry, paintings, and drawings to help enhance ur overall programs and productions.
We will continue to utilize each form of Art as well as offer classes to help crafts and developing them while giving God the glory. We will continue to partner with other churches, schools, the community and 501c-3 organizations by shring our talents and gifts. We also partner with our Youth Ministry and other ministries within our churh regarding community service, field trips and outings.
